Grub & Grieve (Virtual) - REGISTRATION CLOSED

Grab your dinner (or dessert) and join me for an informal hour of being with other grievers in a peer support space.  There is no pressure to share, we can sit in silence for the whole time if that is what everyone needs.  But if you need a space to have your grief witnessed in community, then come on in.  All grief is welcome, because all grief is valid.  So if you're wondering if your grief "counts"...it does.  

 

Please note: this is a supportive space, not a support group, and I am simply a Death Doula not a trained mental health professional.  But I can offer a listening ear and will probably also cry with you.
